Hi .. I’ve got a SER5MAX-E-16500ej0w64pro-dp/xa and would like to know if any BIOS / drivers update is available.
I’ve been searching through downloads but can not find anything related

Hello there,

Could you please send us a picture of two lines SN codes at the bottom of machine ?

Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS.

Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.

Then we will send you the corresponding driver file.
