I wanted to increase the amount of RAM in my own SER5 Max, but he didn’t see the modules SODIMM Kingston FURY Impact KF432S20IBK/16.
What could be the reason?
How to solve this problem?

It may be due to incorrect specifications or improper installation.

The SERMAX 5800 memory module specifications are: SODIMM DDR4 3200Mhz (Max 64GB)

I checked this memory on a laptop with an Intel Core i5 processor - the memory on it is wound up and works great.
My Beelink doesn’t even turn on with it. If you take one bar, the old one and one new one, it turns on, but the new system does not see.
And I know very well how to change memory bars. For some reason they sent me a video with an SSD replacement.

Could you please send us a picture of SN code at the bottom of machine ?

Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS.

Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.

May I ask if you have ever tried to upgrade your RAM with other brands？

I did all this, but it didn’t help.
I haven’t tried other memory brands, I wanted better ones. On an old laptop with Intel Core i5, this memory is perfectly detectable and works.
