Hi there, New ME Mini owner and I have populated it with three 2TB drives in 1-3 slots and one 1TB drive in slot 4 for OS. I have TrueNAS set up and it boots and runs great. However it just goes out to lunch at some point and is unavailable and I have to reboot. The uptime can vary from a few hours to about 12 days was the longest it has stayed up. I literally have nothing running on this box besides TrueNAS currently and was running it to check on stability and hoping somebody can tell me how to diagnose this odd condition. Oh and the only other data I have so far is when the device dies, I do have it connected to TV via HDMI and instead of the short menu appearing, it is just black/grey.

I have the same issue, but no solution. In any random time ME mini just stops responding. No reaction on keyboard, no blinking cursor. Only off and on help to boot it up.

Please press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, so that you can go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page.
We will check if you need to update the BIOS.

②Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply and other USB devices, then put the pin in the CMOS pinhole and press it for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.

I did the CMOS reset as well and TrueNAS is up and running for an hour now and I am monitoring.

Sorry for the poor image quality. 120k is really restrictive for image size in this day and age.

Ok after resetting CMOS I got a little over 24 hours before lockup. Reset and it is up for 13h now. Should I update BIOS?

I am having an identical issue I am afraid @Beelink CS-George . I have udated the BIOS to M1V307_12G but it still freezes and becomes very warm.

ME Mini here and I have the same issue. I have populated it with 4 4TB drives configured in Raid and one 1TB drive for OS. I have ZimaOS set up and it boots and runs great. However it just goes unavailable and I have to reboot. The uptime can vary from a few hours to about 1 day so far. The only thing running at the moment is Home Assistant, Immich and Glances and I’ve tried to identify CPU spikes. I’m hoping somebody can tell me how to diagnose this behaviour.

With a monitor plugged in, I can see a command line scrolling through errors but no way to stop it or interact with the machine unless I do a manual reboot. Image description

Which SSD slot did you install the system on? We recommend installing the system on the SSD in the fourth slot.
Additionally, the power consumption of each installed SSD should not exceed 8W. What is the rated power consumption of your SSD?
