2 GTR7 USB ports no longer connect

2 USB ports have stopped working on my GTR7 Ryzen 7 7840HS. Its the 2 usb ports pictured here. Image description

If the image fails to load, I’m referring to the 2 USB rear ports (one above the other) located closest to the power cord.

I’ve reloaded the BIOS. No change. What can I do?

Please send us a picture of the SN on the bottom of the PC.
What windows version are you using ?
①Please update the chipset.
Please go to AMD website and download the auto-detect program.It will update some chipsets and video drivers automatically. It will identify and install appropriate drivers for their AMD hardware. The program works by scanning the user’s system to detect the installed AMD hardware components, such as graphics cards or processors. It then compares the detected hardware information with a database of AMD drivers and software versions.
② Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply and other USB devices, then put the pin in the CMOS pinhole and press it for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.

I DL’d the latest AMD installer dated 9-1-25, unplugged etc and reset the CMOS per your instructions… No change
