SER9 (SN starts with Y) - Intel AX200 Wi‑Fi causes BSOD on radio OFF/ON even after BIOS V103 .73 update
Hello Beelink team,
I need help with a serious stability issue on my SER9.
Device information
- Model:
SER9
- CPU:
AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 with Radeon 890M
- RAM:
32 GB
- Serial number:
YHX374AF30124
- System SKU:
75
- BIOS before update:
STX.3xx.SER9.V103.P8C0M0C15.55.Link.GID.90
- BIOS after update:
STX.3xx.SER9.V103.P8C0M0C15.73.Link.SCPC
- BIOS release date now shown by Windows:
2025-01-09
- OS:
Windows 11 Pro
- Build:
10.0.26200, 25H2, UBR 8246
Main problem
My PC often crashes with BSOD during restart/shutdown and also when I turn Wi‑Fi off and on.
I updated BIOS to the correct version for SN starting with Y:
SER9-Version1-SN-starts-with-Y-or-B-V103-Note-Solve-Firmware-protection-issue
However, the problem is still present after the BIOS update.
- Adapter:
Intel(R) Wi‑Fi 6 AX200 160MHz
- Driver file:
Netwtw10.sys
- Driver version:
24.20.2.1
- Driver date:
2026-02-12
- Provider:
Intel
Relevant event sequence from System log
20:11:15 - Netwtw10 event 7012 -> radio OFF
20:11:28 - Netwtw10 event 7011 -> radio ON
- then repeated Intel Wi‑Fi errors:
5002 -> adapter malfunction detected
5005 -> internal error
5032 -> Driver Miniport reset watchdog
NDIS event 10317:
Fatal error: The miniport has detected an internal error
- then BSOD:
0x0000009F
- minidump:
042326-15187-01.dmp
This means the issue is reproducibly associated with Intel AX200 radio power transition.
BSOD history
Recent crash codes include:
0x0000009F (DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE)
0x00000133 (DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION)
Additional note
There is also a repeated warning in Device Manager / Event Log:
Kernel-PnP 219
- failed to load
\Driver\WUDFRd
- device:
USB\\VID_04F3&PID_0C3D
- this is the
ELAN WBF Fingerprint Sensor
I am not sure whether this fingerprint warning is related or only secondary noise during boot.
What I need from Beelink
- Please confirm whether this is a known SER9 platform issue.
- Please advise whether there is a newer BIOS than
V103 .73 for SN starts with Y.
- If needed, I can upload minidumps and exported event logs.
Thank you.
