Me Mini - TrueNas - Help?

Hello.
I recently ordered and received my ME Mini.
I have had numerous failed attempts on installing TrueNas.
Finally got it installed, Now I’ve have had sporadic failure of drives reported.
The WD_BLACK 2TB drives that I purchased are fine.
SMART TESTS FAIL, I’ve tried drives individually and they Pass, then next reboot they fail.
I get the machine into a stable place, start a rather large 650GB transfer, and the raid fails.
There are some serious HW issues going on here.

How do I proceed?

Tried it all again.
New clean TrueNas USB image.
individually tested each NVME (passed), setup raid, setup user, shares.
Setup a large copy operation.
Came back to this:

This is the 5 or 6th time….

new attempt.

installed TrueNas on nvme in 4th slot as per users feedback.

setup RAIDz1 with remaining 5 NVME’s.
Setup user, shares etc.

started copy process, about 800gb.

failed.
