Mini S Power Issue

Hello,

I have a Mini S device, and it is experiencing a power issue. When I connect the power supply and press the power button, the blue light and the fan turn on, but nothing else happens, no matter how long it stays on.

Sometimes, pressing the reset button for about 10 seconds can temporarily fix the problem, but this happens rarely. I also tried removing the BIOS battery, which sometimes helps as well.

Could you please advise what might be causing this issue and what needs to be repaired?

rraati Hi there, maybe the CMOS battery is not good. Please buy a new CR2032 battery.

Hello, if the device powers on but you don’t get any display, please check whether the RAM module is working properly.
Sometimes the RAM becomes faulty, and in some cases you get a display, but most of the time you don’t.

Axel Hi Axel i have many mini S and al of them have this problem. Ram is okay i think :(
