Screen resolution drops on GTi14 Mini to lower resolution

At least once a week, my screen resolution on my GTi14 mini drops from 3840×2160 to 1600×1200. I reboot and wait a minute and then can change it back to 3840×2160 resolution. I have a brand new 27″ LG DP HDR monitor. All the drivers are up to date and I’m running Windows 11Pro. I try resatarting the graphics driver and that does not resolve the issue.

jrmessina3 Hi there,please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC .
1.Please try another HDMI cable or DP cable;
2.Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.
3.Please go to Intel website and download the auto-detect program.It will update some chipsets and video drivers automatically.
4.Please go to the windows terminal (admin) > type in : sfc /scannow > then wait until finished.
