I found a problem. When my Beelink U59 Pro, did an update and after 5 minutes it automatically restarted. But after restarting all USB ports did not work. I tried to connect the mouse, the result is the mouse light does not turn on. Can you help me solve this problem? Because I am confused, I should connect the keyboard and mouse to which port so that it can connect to Beelink?

I also did and got the same problem with both my Beelinks.
I also have the problem of my PC’s starting but can not do anything to interface
with them. I have thied to PIN RESET but nothing still. I guess I will have to call
support.

Ditto…
USB keyboard works in BIOS but drops once in Windows.

maybe try booting a live linux usb and see if keyboard and mouse work.
if it does, try booting into windows safe mode and reinstall usb drivers.. just a thought.

Having same issue, on two computers.

Same as well 😢 did we had any update on this?

They updated something… its three computers at the office now…

Temporary solution so far did a roll back on last update and after that i blocked the update till this is fixed

③ Reset your PC. Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

Do this twice

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt . . . etc.

Please try each option one at a time, then see of Windows will boot . . .

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Repair

See if Windows startup can repair itself

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - System Restore

Check to see if you have a restore point you can go back to

If you do not have a Restore Point, go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Settings and click Restart

Uninstalled the last “Quality Update” from Windows. Computer restarted, and everything working.
Thank you shawnh and Vireon for your input.

Thanks for your sharing. Update may cause the incompatibility problem, so please try to pause the update.

Same for me and my U59Pro

All USB ports disabled and rolling back the Windows update worked to get the computer running again
