SER8 8745 USB-C Display Not Recognizing

Hello I have an SER 8 8745, one of 3 that we bought at the same time. Two function just fine but on the 3rd I can’t get the USB-C Display to recognize. Just doesn’t detect a signal.

It’s not the monitor (i’ve switched around) and I’ve tried different cables (we are using a USB-C to Display Port cable, same as I used on the other machines. If that matters?)

Any suggestions?

1.First, Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (if no CMOS button, please put the pin in the CMOS pinhole and press it ) for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.
