Youno daino Hi there,
Sorry for the trouble.
Here are the possible solutions to your problem:
① Please go to device manager, then uninstall the WIFI driver, then install the new one . Here is the driver https://url.bee-link.cn/dCVv
②Windows, by default, tries to save power by turning off the WiFi adapter, which can cause constant disconnections.
Go back to Device Manager (devmgmt.msc).
Expand Network adapters, right-click on your Intel WiFi adapter, and select Properties.
Go to the Power Management tab.
Uncheck the box that says “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power”.
Click OK.
③Sometimes, a specific band preference is set.
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Advanced network settings > More network adapter options.
Right-click on your WiFi connection and select Properties.
Click the Configure… button and go to the Advanced tab.
Look for a property like “Preferred Band”, “Wireless Mode”, or “Roaming Aggressiveness”.
Set “Preferred Band” to “Prefer 5GHz band”.
Set “Roaming Aggressiveness” to “Lowest” or “Medium” (a higher setting can cause unstable connections if the signal fluctuates).
Click OK.
④After updating the driver, it’s good to start fresh.
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi.
Click on “Manage known networks”.
Find your 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks, click on them, and select “Forget”.
Now, try to reconnect to your 5GHz network from the list of available networks, entering the password again.
