SER8 very slow to turn monitor on

On a SER8 Mini-PC, after the screen turns black, it takes 6 to 8 seconds to turn on after a keypress. The keyboard and mouse are wired, The screen is connected with HDMI and wakes up immediately with any other computer I try. Also note this is not “sleep”- The computer is set to not sleep and I tested this with the monitor set to turn off after 1 minute of inactivity. It turns off- but it takes way too long to turn back on again. Is there a solution for this?

①Please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC, we will send you the correct graphic driver to update.

②Hello there,

Please press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, so that you can go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page.
We will check if you need to update the BIOS.

③ Please go to BIOS and navigate to Boot menu, and change the fast boot to enabled, press F4 to save.
