I wrote to Beelink again about this issue. They told me I need to send back the device for replacement. Beelink stated this issue is fixed in the new version. So it appears that it is a hardware related issue that can’t be solved with any type of software/firmware update.
This really sucks as it is my main PC and I use it everyday. It will take weeks to ship to China and back to Thailand. Plus, I fear that Thailand customs will want import/customs fees again which are around $180 USD.
I am extremely disappointed in Beelink that they lead us to believe they would fix the issue via an update. Now they want me to be without the device for weeks and then pay additional customs fees.
