GTR 9 Pro Ethernet Malfunction under load

In order to utilize GTR Pro full potential for AI applications, I’m required to install Ubuntu 24.04 along with AMD ROCm (which is not supported on windows 11). After installing Ubuntu, I noticed a recurring problem with the built in ethernet adapters. Whenever the computer encounters load on the GPU, the ethernet card would crash and the only way to get it to work again is to unplug my machine from power. It seems that other users of GTR Pro are also experiencing this issue: https://community.intel.com/t5/Ethernet-Products/Intel-Ethernet-Controller-E610-Firmware-Recovery-Mode-Under-Load/td-p/1719424 Linux Kernel is 24.04c oem as required by ROCm Things I’ve tried: Installing the ubuntu LAN driver version 6.0.6 provided in the beelink driver package - fails under ubuntu 24.04 Installing the latest LAN driver from Intel website - The ethernet card still crashes Installing an older version (6.1.4) - The ethernet card still crashes. Please advise as this makes the machine unusable as a server under Linux. It happens on gaming distributions such as Bazzite, as well.

No. I’m not repeating that process again.

Just give me an update on the fix for the ethernet issue. When can we expect a fix?

Or tell me what BIOS settings that I should make in the P110test BIOS that will fix this issue.
Are there settings in the SMU Common Options that I need to adjust?
What settings in the SMU Common Options are recommended?

I understand that the latest BIOS version is 112 but it appeared that the P110test BIOS was an attempt at a BIOS fix for the Intel E610 Ethernet issue. There is a post in Reddit that confirms this. But this P110test BIOS does not fix the issue for me.

I have already been in contact with Bee-link support via email. They have also confirmed there is currently no BIOS/driver fix.

I am not going to send my unit in for repair as I am okay to use a USB to Ethernet adapter for now. I just want the promised BIOS/driver fix when is comes available. But I must say, that it has been promised for almost 1 year now. I feel that there will never be such a fix released.

FYI-The site will not allow me to post photos. It fails.
