Beelink CS-Jane emme Hi there,please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC. Please check Device Manager to see if the fingerprint reader requires a driver update.
emme Hi, Reinstalled the driver, replaced the fingerprint reader with a new one but the fp reader does not work :(
