GTI14 Ultra 64GB RAM won't POST

I purchased a GTI14 Ultra on Amazon (part GTI14-321TBVK0W64PRO-DP/XA). It will boot fine with the included 2×16gb Crucial RAM but when I install 1 or 2 sticks of my 2×32gb Crucial kit (CT2K32G56C46S5) the GTI14 will not POST. Instead the DRAM LED glares an angry red. I tried training (left the PC on with the new RAM installed for 30mins) with no result.

Any thoughts?

Also please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC.

Did you try the one with 4800MHZ or 5600MHZ?

①Try installing only one of the new 32GB RAM sticks in each of the available memory slots. This will help you determine if there’s a problem with a specific stick or a particular memory slot. If the system POSTs with one stick in a certain slot, you can try the other stick in the same slot to further isolate the issue.
② Are the new RAM defective ?

support1 Ended up being a bad stick of RAM. Odd since I just pulled that RAM from a working PC to install here, but something must have happened. Thanks for the help.

Weebber You can put the RAM back to the old PC to see if it works
