but the version is from 2022. it doesn’t include the fix for the vulnerability CVE-2023-31315.
Will they fix this security vulnerability for the SER3 devices?

Hello Beelink Support,

I own a Beelink SER3 with an AMD Ryzen 7 3750H (Vega 10 graphics).
I’m currently using BIOS version FP55A304 from 2022, but the integrated GPU’s VBIOS is still version 016.002.000.010, dated early 2019.

I’m experiencing compatibility issues and would like to request a BIOS update that includes a newer VBIOS for the Vega 10 iGPU (Picasso).

Here is my unit’s information:

Model: Beelink SER3

Processor: Ryzen 7 3750H

GPU: Radeon Vega 10

BIOS version: FP55A304

VBIOS version: 016.002.000.010

SN: D37502AF80030

Could you please describe the compatibility issue you encountered in detail?

Your current BIOS version is the latest and you don’t need to update.

I have this exact system and I am trying to install Windows 11. Windows 11 installs fine, but the minute you do a Windows update on the system it crashes to a BSOD. Do you have a link to the drivers which will work for this system? I suspect the crash is due to the windows update installing the chipset drivers.

You can also try the following methods:
① Use the ‘Windows + R‘ keyboard shortcut to launch the Run tool. Here, type ‘CMD‘ and then click on OK. Copy-paste the below commands one by one, and press Enter. You have to do this for each of the three commands. You can read about the DISM command here and what exactly it does. By the way, you need an active internet connection for the DSM command to work.

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Now, copy and paste the below command in the CMD window. Press Enter when done. Your system will run the System File Checker utility, which will take some time to verify the integrity of your OS. When the entire process is done, your system should now be stable and no longer encounter the IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSOD error.

SFC /scannow

② Reset your PC. Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

Do this twice

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt . . . etc.

Please try each option one at a time, then see of Windows will boot . . .

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Repair

See if Windows startup can repair itself

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - System Restore

Check to see if you have a restore point you can go back to

If you do not have a Restore Point, go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Settings and click Restart

Upon restart, press 4 to enter Safe Mode

Once in Safe Mode, backup your data if you do not already have a backup

Open Device Manager and check to make sure all your Drivers are up to date

Reboot to see if Windows will start Normally

If the above fails, go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Options - Reset this PC

Choose to keep your files and apps, just your files or to keep nothing

Then start the Reset
