Drivers for SER5 Ryzen 5

Did a Windows 11 clean install and have lost wifi and bluetooth function. Device Manager shows problems with bluet!
ooth and multi media controllers and network controllers. The machine label is attached with my media.

Device manager shows no wifi device.

Please send instructions on how to download the drivers.

thanks for the download. I have tried the Driver-2024-16_1-56-53 folders following the install instructions fromn device manager. The Network Controller tab is marked for attention and when I right click on the update the driver, I direct to browse the unzipped whole folder, the unzipped drive folder and the unzipped WLAN folder. Each time the SER5 Ryzen5 always comes back and says it can’t find a driver to update my device. THe same thing happens when i click on the attention market bluetooth tab in device manager. I ran the AMD adrenalin package which installed . When I checked the device manager afteradrenalin installation, the bluetooth tab was unmarked, the multimedia controller tab was gone and the network controller tab was still marked. THe devices under the network adapters showed two intell wifi adapters but i had no wifi connectivity. When I rebooted, the device manager whowed the attention sign, the two intell wi adapters had disappeared and i still couldn’t update the network controller.
Do you have any further suggestions for solving this problem.

I have been unable to load the drivers in yours zipped download. Working from device manager, the pc has been unable to locate the drivers in the unzipped driver 2024-04-14….folder. or anywhere in the unzipped folder. Do you have a backup copy of the original windows install with drivers that I can load on my mini-pc.

I am using this https://www.glenn.delahoy.com/snappy-driver-installer-origin/ and it finds each and every drivers for all my SER, laptop, tower, etc. Try it.
