I have a SER9 and using the HDMI caused a 90% internet (wifi) speed reduction. Displayport and USB-C are fine.

You can try to clear CMOS :Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply and HDMI cable , and press the CMOS pinhole for about 10 seconds. Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.
Please wait about one or two minute, if you can go to the system.
Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.

Please uninstall the graphic driver and wifi driver in the device manager and install the new one.

I am having the same wifi problem with my BeelinkSER 9 PRO Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 32GB. The wifi connection is dropping constantly and I’m unable to connect to 5GHz, despite all my other devices connected to the same router all right. It always fall back to 2.4GHz.

Device Manager - Network Adapter - Double-click WIFI driver - Advanced - Preferred Band - Prefer 5GHz band;

Please try reinstalling the wifi driver.

Prefer 5GHz band is already set in the Device Manager.
