I ordered a EQR7 more than 10 days ago. So far no update on the order, even tho in the order confirmation it says it should ship within 3 to 5 business days, 30-35 for preorder.
Does that mean EQR7 is a preorder item? On the website I see no such information regarding the EQR7, so I assume it is a general order?
