Hello. I recently purchased an EQI14 (N150 with dual 2.5 Gb LAN) and while trying to troubleshoot Windows Update installation failures things went from bad to worse and to make a long story short, the only option remaining is to do a clean Windows 11 installation. I have already tried the “Reset PC” procedure multiple times and it fails every time. I really like the Beelink “no bloatware” Windows configuration and so if there is a way that I can restore the PC to the original factory state, I would greatly appreciate instructions on how to do so.
