I need the latest BIOS for my EQ12 Pro.

N95V104 is currently installed.

I also need the Windows 11 Pro key for a new installation.

Thank you for your letter.
Please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC.
Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.
After you send us the sn picture, we will provide you with the key.

May I ask if your BIOS version is V104?
