Hello everyone, I hope you’re all doing well.
I’ve been having some serious issues with my Beelink mini PC (Ryzen 7 6800U, 32GB RAM, 500GB NVMe).
The device randomly restarts out of nowhere — whether I’m working, gaming, or just doing basic tasks. This seems to be a common issue affecting multiple Beelink models, and there’s still no official fix.
The Bluetooth controller stops working randomly. It completely disappears from Windows Device Manager, and I have to restart the system for it to be detected and reinstalled again. Unfortunately, this also appears to be a widespread Beelink problem with no available solution.
Sometimes Windows fails to boot properly — the system restarts right after powering on.
I can’t perform a factory reset, and even resetting the CMOS doesn’t solve the problem.
At this point, I suspect it might be a hardware or power-related manufacturing defect. Since the RAM is soldered, I can’t even run proper memory tests to confirm.
Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
