S13 - Is it normal for this part to "melt" and spread onto the board?

Hey everyone,
I noticed that a part of my computer seems to be “melting” a little bit. I saw in some videos that this can be normal, but in my case, the material is spreading onto the motherboard.
I’ve only been using this PC for about two days. Is this something I should worry about, or is it completely normal?
