Hello all.
I am facing USB dicsonnecting issues with my Beelink SEi12 Pro i7-12650H as follows:
I am using 3 USB ports in total:
1 back USB 2.0 for 5V Noctua USB fan with power draw 5V 0.15A - https://noctua.at/en/products/fan/nf-f12-5v
1 back USB 2.0 for Eaton 5E UPS USB communication https://www.eaton.com/cz/cs-cz/catalog/backup-power-ups-surge-it-power-distribution/Eaton_5E_UPS.html
1 front USB-C for QNAP TL-D800C https://www.qnap.com/en/product/tl-d800c/specs/hardware loaded with 5 HDDs
The Qnap unit has internal power supply. so the USB power draw should not be too high.
The issue is that sometimes the QNAP unit will disconnect and reconnect itself.
This caused 1 partition crash issue on one of the drives that I needed to recover, so it is quite inconvenient. It happens approximately once a week.
I have tested 1 USB 3.2gen2 from port as well as the USB-C port for the QNAP unit.
I have also noticed, that the UPS communication is lost at some points, leading me to believe, that the USB ports are the issue here.
I have already run windows SFC Scannow as well as DISM RestoreHealth and repaired some issues.
I have run chkdsk for all drives which found no issues.
Also reinstalled USB drivers from device manager.
I have BIOS ALDER114
Windows 11 24H2
SN: 9Y.EU3470831K10
Is there any USB related BIOS update/settings or specific Beelink drivers that I should be looking at?
Please let me know.
Thank you.
