Dogs34 Totally with you on this. I’ve got a GTR9 Pro that crashes under load too (plus a noisy fan) even after BIOS/NVM/driver updates. It shouldn’t have shipped like this, and “waiting for a driver” doesn’t help when the thing is basically unusable.
I’ve had a very similar experience trying to return mine through Beelink (I’m in the UK) and I’m still no closer to a resolution.
What’s really grinding me down is the RMA side:
No pre-paid, fully insured return label — I’m being asked to ship it at my own cost and risk.
The return addresses I was given looks like a self-storage/drop-box setup, which doesn’t inspire confidence for returning a GBP £1.5k / USD $2k device.
No clear RMA reference on a label, no single point of contact — replies come from different people with inconsistent info.
No assurance on refund timing — is it when the courier marks it delivered at the UK address, or only when Beelink decides somewhere down the line?
@CG-George / Beelink team — please can we get:
A verified, courier-friendly return address (with an RMA printed on the label).
Pre-paid, fully insured labels or arranged collection covering the full value.
A clear refund process: refund on proof of posting or carrier “delivered” scan at the UK return address, within a set timeframe.
Right now it feels like we’re being asked to gamble expensive hardware on vague logistics with zero certainty on refunds. Not OK.
