Ordered the Beelink GTR9 Pro, but no clarification on delivery

Hi,
I ordered the product in Europe, and the only response from bee-link, is that I can see that they took my money and sent me a confirmation email with a list of generic delivery dates, depending on whether the item is a pre-sale and if it’s in stock in their EU warehouse.
When you write them in hopes of getting a little bit more clarity on the matter, I am met with silence.

This kind of lack of communication really worries me. Taking my money without telling me whether the item is even in stock in EU or are they waiting for a new batch from China? The least they can do is tell me an ETA on delivery. Can I expect it in 3-5 business days or are we talking 35 days?

Any clarification on the matter, would be much appreciated.

The EU warehouse is in Germany.
I also take into account that from October 1st to 8th, there was a Guóqìngjié – so if someone took extra days, they were off by two weeks.

It was similar for me (GTi15): purchase, payment, confirmation email, silence; then an email with an inquiry, and I received more information quite quickly (but I still managed to get it – before the holidays). Overall, I ordered two computers from them this year – both arrived fine.

As for the timing – there was and probably still is a lot of demand for the GTR9. It’s unlikely anything will be available “on-site”; you’ll probably have to wait. Maybe not 35 days, but I suspect 20 is standard.

Thanks for sharing your experience Bakahk.
I got a reply today from Bee-link confirming that it’s not in stock but a pre-order, which like you said, means that it will take a month before I can expect it to be shipped to me.
On the bright side, hopefully that means if the ethernet instability issues is a hardware issue and not driver issue, they are shipping their newer produced GTR9 PRO’s with that problem addressed.
