I have a SER5 computer bought earlier this year. It has never supported 2 monitors. I recently discovered the solution of updating video drivers. I went to the AMD website and found the automatic detection/download tool. At the end of the process it stated “error 207 AMD software installation successfully completed - but Windows detected a possible issue with your device” and dumped me to beginning.
I tried uploading a picture of bios and SER5 serial number but I can’t resize a picture less than 210kb.
