Question about undesired pixels on the screen (SER 8 model)

Hi,

I am a user of the SER8 model.

These days, some undesired pixels are displayed on the monitor screen. The pixels seem to be bad pixels.
I am using Windows 11, and in the Windows device manager, the current display adapter is configured to AMD Radeon 780M Graphics.
However, after I removed the current display adapter (i.e., AMD Radeon 780M) in the Windows device manager, there was no problem with the screen. (It seems to be operating as Windows’ default display adapter.)

I updated all of Windows and I used the latest graphic driver.
