Hello!
I recently purchased the Beelink SER9 Pro AI 9 HX 370, just about a couple of months ago.
It came pre-loaded with Windows 11, so I have been using that ever since.
Today, though, there was an update on Win 11 and right after that, my Wifi network and adaptor completely disappeared. I was not able to see the Wifi icon on the notification panel, nor on the task bar, or anywhere else. I have been doing my best to troubleshoot this by guessing what could have caused this, but after several hours, I have kind of given up on this. I am unable to see the Wifi driver network adapter on the device settings, control panel, hardware setting, or anywhere else. Its like it just doesn’t exist. I then resorted to doing a fresh install of Win 11 and of Win 10, and in both instances, I am unable to see the Wifi setting.
Can anyone help me with this? I am at my wit’s end. This has never happened with any of my laptops, or Desktop PCs that I have used previously. How does a hardware device just disappear like that after installing some update. Now I am stuck with using my ethernet cable to access the internet.
Will appreciate your help and suggestions.
