want to boot linux onto beelink Ryzen 6800

Just got a new Beelink Ryzen 6800H. Nice and tiny (very nice).
I want to put Fedora Linux on it and have a USB bootable drive (tested many times on another older box).
F2 or F12 were the keys for a DELL box. I tried them, I tried ESC and I tried the DELete key
(both holding down and repeatedly hitting with each of them). I only get the Windows prompt for language.
I made sure the keyboard (wireless) and mouse worked by entering the language (they work) but now am stuck on the country for a Windows install. I do NOT want windows and bought this box because everyone said I could install Linux (unlike DELL) without buying a replacement SSD. Power cycling now brings me to the “country” prompt for a Windows install (very fast) no matter what keys I try. HELP!!!!

Yes, I learned that holding down the DELete (or F2, maybe other keys too) with the power off results in the power coming on, but NO I do not get a boot or BIOS menu - I go directly the the 2nd screen of the Windows install (country).

Some folks have suggested that I tear out the SSD and replace with a “virgin” SSD drive.
Not my cup of tea but I can do. Can someone please tell me what kind of SSD to look for (Ryzen 6800H box}?
I want 1TB or more and to REPLACE the current internal (infernal Windows) SSD.

I don’t understand why I cannot get to the BIOS and boot this beast.
Had a DELL and could get to boot options but LINUX could not see the SSD (RAID not visible to Linux).
To be sure, not figure why even replacing the drive will let me get to the BIOS when I cannot get there now.

never mind - the key was F7 and NOT using a wireless keyboard/mounse
