Is it possible to perform a Windows shut down so the GTR 9 goes into a full powered off state? When I currently perform a shutdown, the USB ports remain active as well as the Ethernet ports. I would at least like to have the USB port turned off after shutdown. I have already disabled Fast Startup and hibernation but that didn’t work. I have also checked in the device manager for the USB power setting to allow the computer to turn off this device.
