kawillrich My GK55 doesn’t recognize my monitor speakers for output. I’ve downloaded the drivers on the support page GK55 Drivers but the computer won’t find the driver. Is there a link to just the Multimedia Audio Controller driver? Or can someone tell me which one it is? Thanks!

kawillrich support1 thanks for the resource - I updated a couple of drivers using that tool, but still getting the exclamation point on the Audio Controller driver (that specific driver didn’t update).
support1 kawillrich Hi there, Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. On Save&Exit page, please click Restore defaults, press enter to confirm, then press F4 to save.
Happy_Cappy I know this is an older post but if anyone reads this, I have the solution. After downloading and updating the intel drivers like support suggested, you have to go into the bios and enable the intel audio.
