After New windows update, SER8 will not load windows.

I just get the BEELINK start up screen and spinning circle then the screen display disconnects and after a couple of minutes the whole thing loops and repeats.

I’ve tried a reset with the cloud to no avail.
System restore was unavailable.

Please advise how to fix this issue.

Here are the possible solutions:

①Please press delete key as soon as you restart the PC, so that you can go to BIOS. Then go to boot page, set SSD as the first option. Please also send us a picture of the page of Safe&Exit.

②Please take out the SSD and reset it securely.

③Please try to reinstall the system.Pls backup your data firstly, re-installing the system will make your data in your pc lost.

Hi , I have exactly the same issue after last windows update few days ago .

Does it mean that this PC does not support windows updates ?

When you say « take out SSD » you mean physically ? (So then open PC and take the drive out ?)
How to the copy data from ssd. I do not have any « reader » ?

It’s not that Windows Updates aren’t supported. It could be that system files or the SSD are causing the Windows Update failure.
Did you update to 25H2? This may be due to the instability of Microsoft’s newly released system.

Yes, physically remove and replace the device.The data is stored on the SSD, and resetting the SSD will result in data loss.
You can back up your data to a cloud storage service.

Thanks for feedback. I do not know of it was 25H2 but as it last windows update. I assume so.

What do you mean by resetting SSD ? Formatting it « outside » the PC ?
It’s not possible to directly reinstall Windows 11 with procedure you mentioned ?

Ced If you’re stuck in a boot loop, you can try resetting the SSD. (Simple plug and unplug)
