I really need help from someone who understands. I have a belink brand i5 mini PC (specifications below), it has two inputs: 1 HDMI and 1 Displayport. I have two monitors with only HDMI input (Acer brand, model: V226HQL). I can only connect one monitor, the other cannot.
MINI PC HDMI -> HDMI MONITOR (Works)
MINI PC DISPLAY PORT -> DISPLAY PORT-HDMI CABLE -> HDMI MONITOR (does not work)
I already changed the cable, and it still doesn’t work, that is, the problem is not with the cable.
The mini PC has another USB input and a USB-c available, if there was also a way to output video from these inputs… I’ve already tested the USB-c output with an HDMI adapter but it didn’t work.
If you need any more information, please ask and if possible show me how to get it on the computer as I am a layman.
