SER4 4800U BIOS NEEDED

Hello.
I tried installing 64GB (2×32GB DDR4 3200MHz) in my SER4 4800U but the PC does not boot.
It works perfectly with 32GB (2×16GB DDR4 3200MHz). Do I need a BIOS update?

Hello there,

Your machine`s BIOS version should be the lastest.

Here are some solutions:
1、Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. On Save&Exit page, please click Restore defaults, press enter to confirm, then press F4 to save.

2、Repair install: Boot from a Windows USB, select “Repair your computer.”
Clean install: Back up data and reinstall Windows with both 32GB sticks installed. Here is the image https://url.bee-link.cn/74zu
