i just want a mini pc that can play video all kinds of video files (avi, mp4, mkv) on my tv.
i would prefer not to get the extension because that look too big and silly.
please recommend which one can do this, as cheap as possible pls, it has no other function but simply to play video file, but i do need it to be able to do 1080 uhd smoothly.
