The latest 3 BeeLink computers I’ve installed have been headaches. We’ve installed a couple hundred of various models over the past couple years and these are our first with issues.

These are being used with Microsoft Office and Firefox in a basic business environment. This issue started a day after these computers were installed. They run dual monitors. The screens will black out for a few seconds. When it comes back, only one screen is working. There will be an AMD error saying it has crashed but it doesn’t give any specifics to help troubleshoot the issue. The only thing I’ve been able to find any any logs is LiveKernelEvent errors with several different codes in Reliability Manager. I haven’t found any errors in Event Viewer. In Device Manager, the display driver is marked as disabled. To get it working again, sometimes you only have to reboot. Other times, you have to enable the display driver in Device Manager and then reboot.
So far, I have only installed the latest drivers from AMD. I currently have a download running with original drivers I found linked to in someone else’s post. But, the file name makes me think they are very old files. It is ERR6-Driver-2024-08-28_7-29-43.rar. I will be installing those drivers on one computer. I’m going to reinstall Windows on another. Are there any other troubleshooting steps or repairs you would advise trying?
