I just bought the ser9 hx370 and I had many problems with the usb 4 ports. One was the power input and the second is this:
My xreal glasses can’t receive signal from the usb4 port.
The usb 4 does work with a portable display and the glasses work with the rog ally x usb 4.
Is the displayport alt function of the usb-c port flawed or need for some settings/update?
One thing to note, the xreal once received a video feed for few seconds, but never happened again.
Is there a fix or my pc is flawed and I should return?
