I have a few months old SER8 8845HS with win11 pro, it crashed when trying to recover from a repeat failure on windows update, it now keeps failing to launch windows in a continuous loop. All recovery options are failing. Should I do a new installation or is there another option? Is there a system image I should be using?? I tried installing new from a USB but it said there were corrupt files.
