GTi15 Ultra Download Speed

Anyone else observed lower download speeds via the ethernet ports than the max stated 10Gb/s

I’m getting ~ 3gb/s downloads max via the ethernet ports, however if I use the same ethernet cable plugged into a Thunderbolt Adapter Unit I get my max 5gb/s.

My max download speed via provider is 5 Gb/s

Steved Hi there,please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC.
Here are some solutions:
1.Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.
2.Update the drivers,we will send you the corresponding drivers after we confirm the model.
3.Please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please press the pinhole of “CLR CMOS” with a pin for about 10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC
