Like many others, I too have a problem with a pre-September Me Mini device.
It started with the device not recognizing 2 of the 3 SDDs that were installed. Half of the time, I could still boot; the other half, a CMOS reset would temporarily fix the problem.
However, the problems only got worse. At this point, the CMOS reset doesn’t work anymore, not even after removing all the SDDs. The only thing the device does is spin the fan constantly and light up the LED. No beep, no video, no keyboard LEDs or response, needless to say I can’t enter the BIOS.
Here’s a photo of the serial number. Please advise on how to proceed.
