Hi! All the Beelink GTR5’s display output HDMI (2.0), DP (1.2) and USB-C (DP) interfaces support 4K@60Hz (3840 × 2160 pixels) output, so it can connect up to 3 monitors at the same time and achieve 4K@60Hz three-screen simultaneous different display outputs. If your monitor fails to display 4K@60Hz display through the HDMI connection then you should double check:
- OS Display settings (Windows/Linux) not properly set to 4K@60Hz (3840 × 2160 pixels) output;
- Monitor not compliant with HDMI 2.0 4K@60Hz (3840 × 2160 pixels) input source;
- HDMI cable not compliant with HDMI 2.0 input source;
- HDMI cable may be faulty and a replacement may be required;
