EX Pro Dock Not Powering On

Powered on my new (Purchased directly from Beelink) EX pro dock, saw a Dock power on light for ~ ½ seconds and now will not power on at all.

I have verified the dock power cable is ok, tried undocking and redocking the GTI15 and Graphics card.

Please advise.
