EQI12 will no longer power up (i.e. nothing happens when I press the power button). I was NOT in the middle of an update of any sort when it happened. I simply powered off normally (i.e. graceful shutdown).
I confirmed the device is connected to good power.
I have used this forum to look for potential non-intrusive solution. I have turned off the PC , unplugged the power supply, and pressed the CMOS button for 10 seconds, restarted the PC after ten minutes. The problem persists
I have changed for a different power cable. Just for good measure, I have also changed the HDMI cable.
The PC is still under its 1-year warranty.
Solutions?
