I am experiencing an issue with my Expand F USB-C expansion hub. The hub does not recognize a SATA HDD when it is connected through the internal SATA bay.
• When I connect the same HDD externally via one of the Expand F’s USB connectors, it is detected correctly, so the drive itself is functioning.
• However, when installed into the internal SATA socket, the HDD is not recognized.
• I have tested this on both Linux and Windows with the same result.
Could you please advise on possible troubleshooting steps or confirm if this is a known limitation of the device?
