Can't access boot options menu or BIOS settings

Hello, I would like to access the boot options menu or BIOS settings so that I can boot from a USB drive. However, I never see the Beelink logo during the boot process, and when I press F7 or Del during boot, I simply get a blank screen. I’ve tried this with a wireless keyboard and a wired keyboard. The PC boots normally to Windows 11 if I don’t press F7 or Del.

Can I get some help on how to fix this? I am using a SER5 5560U mini PC.

Please press delete key repeatedly as soon as you turn on the PC, so that you can go to BIOS.

In Control Panel, click the Power Options. Select the Choose what the power buttons do. Uncheck the “Turn on fast startup.”, click save changes.

Thank you for the suggestions, but unfortunately they did not work for me. I was able to get to BIOS temporarily by switching to a different HDMI port on my monitor. That worked only one time and then I could not get into BIOS again after that. Do you have any further ideas?

Before powering on, disconnect all peripherals except for the necessary wired keyboard and monitor, such as USB flash drives, external hard drives, and external sound cards.
Please turn off the PC, unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (if there is no CMOS button, please insert the pin in the CMOS pinhole and press it) for about 10 seconds. Is booting from the USB drive to reinstall the system?
