Hello. I’m sorry for the dramatic subject line, but I need advice. I purchased a SER9 Pro AI Mini PC, AMD Ryzen AI 9 365, about 5 days ago as a Christmas gift, and was preparing it for use when I got a message that an update could not install and Windows needed to go back to an older version to fix it. Upon the rollback, the system refused to boot and went into recovery mode, but nothing I have done has fixed the boot problem. The PC won’t even reset; it says “there was a problem, nothing was done”, and reverts to its old state.
It seems you may need my SN and BIOS details but I dont know whether to post them here or send them to someone privately. I may also need a Windows 11 Pro key so that I can reinstall Windows. Luckily, if I do have to do that, no data will be lost because the PC is so new that there is nothing on it.
