Hello Beelink support,
I have a problem with my mini PC after a BIOS update.
Device details:
Model: Beelink SER5 Pro-E-16512E/W10W64PRO
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600H
Serial number: 5600H2AF30066
Original BIOS version in Windows: American Megatrends V1.15_P4C7M43_Blink_17.09.2022
I downloaded a BIOS archive for SER5600H BIOS V1.16 from your official download page and updated the BIOS in Windows using AFUWINx64 from this package.
The flashing process finished successfully (all steps “Pass / Done”, “Process completed”), but after reboot the PC stopped showing any image.
Current symptoms:
When I connect the power adapter, the PC turns on automatically (fans spin at constant speed), even if I do not press the Power button.
Both monitors stay completely black, no Beelink logo, no BIOS screen, no signal message.
I cannot enter BIOS with Delete or boot menu with F7.
I have already tried a full CMOS reset: power adapter unplugged, pressing the Power button to discharge, then holding CLR_CMOS button for 30–90 seconds and waiting a few minutes. The behavior did not change.
It looks like the BIOS image I used does not match my exact SER5 Pro hardware revision and the system cannot pass POST.
Please help with:
The correct BIOS / recovery image for my exact model and SN (SER5 PRO-E-16512E/W10W64PRO, SN 5600H2AF30066).
Detailed instructions how to recover the system (for example, using a USB recovery BIOS or any official method you recommend for this model).
I can provide photos of the stickers, ports and the BIOS flashing log if needed.
Thank you in advance.

One more request:
Additionally, could you please also provide a link to the latest full driver package for this exact model (chipset, GPU, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, LAN, audio, etc.) for Windows 11?
After restoring the BIOS I plan to reinstall the system cleanly and would like to use only the most up-to-date official drivers for SER5 PRO-E-16512E/W10W64PRO.
