GTR9 Pro: BIOS, Fan, Sleep issues

When my device goes to sleep the fan runs at full speed. I have to shut my device down completely to prevent the fan from running at full speed.

The device falls asleep when it shouldn’t when some games are idle. My other device does not fall asleep when the same games are idle.

I tried updating the BIOS to v108 running the app as administrator however I received a Windows error saying a driver cannot load on this device.

I’m not sure what to do with my device and I’m frustrated to have spent so much money on something that doesn’t work how I’d like.

Please try some solutions here :
1.
Enable Fast Startup
In Control Panel, click the Power Options. Select the Choose what the power buttons do. check the “Turn on fast startup.”, click save changes.
2.
Please uncheck the save energy in the device manager—universal serial bus controller–USB hub—properties–power management—uncheck “Allow the computer to turn off the device to save power”
3.
Please Download the AMD tool and reinstall the drivers. , https://www.amd.com/en/support/download/drivers.html

Corvus @Beelink CS-Ian Chan This is known issue already discussed on this thread: Unable to put GTR Pro to sleep. It seems the current BIOS/UEFI on the GTR9 Pro lacks proper Standby/Sleep and Hibernation states support, with the following reproducible issues:

Standby (S0) - Low Power Idle: Enabled - it goes to sleep and wakes up from it but the fan curve profile gets a much higher PWM rpm level making it too loud after waking up. A power cycle is required to revert it;
Standby (S1): Disabled due to Standby (S0) being enabled;
Standby (S2): Disabled due to Standby (S0) being enabled;
Standby (S3) - Hybrid Sleep: Not supported;
Hibernation (S4): Enabled - it goes to hibernation uncleanly but when waking up from it, the boot filesystem check finds several orphaned inodes and it requires to recover the journal to clear them, every time;

We need an improved BIOS/UEFI properly supporting the Standby/Sleep and Hibernation states, please!
